What counts as an active task?
An active task is any work item currently being managed through a structured process. Completed and cancelled tasks do not count toward your limit, so your plan scales with your live workload, not your history.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit my active task limit?
You can still view, complete, and cancel existing tasks, but you will not be able to create new ones until you are back under the limit. Completing or cancelling tasks immediately frees up capacity.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan is free with no time limit and includes every process feature, so you can run real workflows on real work before you choose a paid plan.
What AI tools work with ConvOps?
Any AI client that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) can connect to ConvOps. Verified as of October 2026: Claude Code, Claude (desktop, web and Claude Cowork), OpenAI Codex, ChatGPT, Cursor and OpenCode. ConvOps does not run AI models; you bring your own. AI clients are unlimited on every plan.
What does "2 months free" mean on annual plans?
Annual billing is priced at 10 months instead of 12, so you effectively get 2 months free compared to paying monthly. For example, Pro is $79/mo monthly or $66/mo billed annually ($792/yr).
Do I need a credit card to use the Free plan?
No. The Free plan requires no credit card and has no time limit. You get 25 active tasks, 3 workflow templates, and every process feature: governance gates, policies, shared notes, unlimited AI clients, all included.
Are all process features really available on every plan?
Yes. Governance gates, policies, workflow fragments, projects, shared notes, MCP tool calls, and task classification are unlimited on every plan including Free. The only differences between plans are scale limits and enterprise compliance features.
