What counts as an active task?
An active task is any work item currently being managed through a structured process. Completed and cancelled tasks do not count toward your limit, so your plan scales with your live workload, not your history.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. When you downgrade, you keep access to your current plan until the end of your billing period. No lock-in, no cancellation fees.
What happens when I hit my active task limit?
You can still view, complete, and cancel existing tasks, but you will not be able to create new ones until you are back under the limit. Completing or cancelling tasks immediately frees up capacity.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
The Free plan gives you full access to every feature with no time limit. When you are ready for more scale, paid plans include a trial period so you can confirm they fit your workflow before being charged.
What AI tools work with ConvOps?
Any AI that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) can connect to ConvOps as a client: Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, and more. ConvOps does not run AI models; you bring your own. AI clients are unlimited on every plan.
What does "2 months free" mean on annual plans?
Annual billing is priced at 10 months instead of 12, so you effectively get 2 months free compared to paying monthly. For example, Pro is $29/mo monthly or $24/mo billed annually ($288/yr).
Do I need a credit card to use the Free plan?
